In New York State excluding NYC just over 3450 same sex couples have tied the knot after the passage of the state Marriage Equality Act. That number is nearly triple in New York City where the Mayor revealed a 249 Million boost to the economy resulting from the additional nuptials. But do we have a chance to see that kind of revenue flowing into Upstate coffers.
