Mr. Joe Horan wants the boys in the Syracuse City School District to become men that they and their entire community can be proud of. Through his ‘Building Men’ program, he has partnered with the city schools, community initiatives, parents, teachers and mentor to speak to the whole person as these boys embark upon the rite of passage to manhood.
